First, you should find even ground and place a 2″ x 4″ board where your door touches upon closing. If the door is working as it should, it will reverse within 2 seconds of hitting the wood after attempting to close. If the door doesn’t reverse, please contact us to have a qualified technician visit your home and diagnose the problem.
We recommend repeating this process every 3 months to consistently assure your safety.
